Please note that while we strive to deliver the highest quality editorial work, we do not guarantee journal acceptance, publication, or any specific academic or professional outcome.
Clients retain full ownership of all documents, content, and intellectual property submitted to PaperCheck. We do not claim any rights over your work. All materials uploaded to our platform are used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested editing services.
All documents and personal information submitted to PaperCheck are handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share, distribute, or publish any client materials. Our editors and systems are bound by confidentiality obligations to protect your work throughout the editing process and beyond.

Revision Window
Clients may request revisions within 7 calendar days of delivery. During this period, we will review and address concerns related to the original scope of the service at no additional cost.
Requests submitted between 7 and 14 days after delivery may be reviewed at our discretion.
Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery are no longer eligible for complimentary revisions.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Each request is subject to review and will be assessed based on the scope of the service and the work completed.
